I first met ray in the early 90's at JWT, he was on the unit & drag bar, he always kept himself to himself unless you was on the wash, at 4pm he would always come over and first words out from his mouth were (are they going be long on here cocker as i just want give my wagon a wash!) I would say less but that was every day lol. But thats how he was a very prowd man and that's why i had so much time for ray, and then when he finally came on the tankers with us he had the biggest smile going he loved having the crack with us all and yes he did have the cleanest tanker in the yard lol!!. I was gutted when he told me he was moving to spain but he always said to me you no were i am if you ever want to visit me & pat.Sadly,never got there, but he would ring every month and say alreet cocker, phewww its hot here lol! when you coming over?,he loved his life over there with pat,heaven as gained another angel GOD BLESS RAY,XXX And keep on trucking xxxx martyn,marie and boys xx
